Good morning! I have applied yesterday for a phone everything went good I received the email confirmation saying you just need to ask me a bit more details about my order and I have to call you which I am doing since yesterday evening. Is there any chance to help me with this issue?

You need to speak to our sales team to complete the order. It sounds like they need some more information from you.

 

Is there a number on the email to call? What happens when you call?
