Compensation for no service

Hi a refund is due to be credited to my account do I need to ask for it to be paid into my bank or is it automatic?

According to EE's Terms it is automatically added as a credit to your account within 30 days.

The a/c it's credited to is your MyEE a/c. You need to call CS to have it credited to your normal method of payment.
