Collect phone order after lockdown

Hi.  Just before lockdown I preferred an iPhone 11 in one of your stores. Then lockdown happened and I can’t collect phone. How can I get it and am I getting charged for a phone I don’t have?

The phone should've been posted to your registered address if the store had to close for lockdown.

 

If you give EE a call they would be able to look into this for you.
