Hi
I have just taken ownership of my account and would like to add my Apple Watch which I have just had through we. although I am on a pay monthly sim only contract it ie telling me I don’t have a suitable pay monthly plan. As I have taken the watch on a contract from EE why is this not possible?

I presume that your phone is an IPhone, and you got the watch from EE paying a monthly contract? If that is the case, then you should be able to pair it with your phone, as it has a sim only contract and you want to connect it using cellular.
You need to pair your watch with your phone, I would suggest doing it over data, then you can set up the cellular plan, if you are having difficulty, then ring customer service and speak to the mobile team, they should be able to help, they are very good and patient and helped me, when I had a problem.
