@Silky1  I can not see it on EEs shop page it might be work call customer services and if they can not help you you might have to look for a 3rd party seller.

1) What third parties does ee recommend?

2) Do you get the same benefits upgrading through a third party? 

3) Are there any negative affects of upgrading through a third party rather than ee direct?

1  I can not recommend any 3rd party seller ( I don’t and have never used one )

3 it will not be a EE branded device only the line will be through EE the device will be from the 3rd party seller..
