Can someone check my order number for my handset upgrade. Upgrade was processed but now does not seem to be progressing any further.

The order number from EE doesn't fit the reference number for DPD. Is there any way that I can check if my order has actually been processed because this is seeming to be a recurring issue for other people as well at the minute
