I tried upgrading my phone online 4 times and it refused to show me any plans that were available. I used two different phones, a tablet and PC all with the same result. I then called EE to check and the consultant James I spoke to told me it was the same for him. After another 15minutes to find a bypass and assured me I could upgrade over the phone. I was then charged a a delivery fee of GBP 6.95 when I could have done the same myself if your website had been functioning properly. I don't think I should have to pay for this since and had already left feedback about the functionality of the site.
