New to EE - ordered a sim only - not yet arrived

I ordered a sim only contract with super fast delivery and got confirmation of despatch on Thursday morning. Still no sign of it on Monday and no tracking available. I ordered super fast for a reason as its for somebody in hospital. Cant reach anybody on EE phone number as not got the mobile number yet! Any idea what the sim will arrive? Are there delays?

SIM Orders can take 2-5 working days to arrive to the account address.

 

If the SIM has not arrived after 5 working days, you can contact our sales team on 0800 956 6000 and no number will be needed.

 

I hope this arrives soon for you.
