Changing providers

Hi. Im new to EE, coming from o2 which ive had for nearly 20 years. How do i chamge over? Does EE tell o2 i have swaped to them? Or do i cancel everything my end?

You need to get a PAC code from 02 and then pass this on to EE and EE will with the PAC code should make sure that all transfer over with no problem for you to cancel anything with O2, and like this you will also keep the same number, hope this helps and answers your query.

@annasmith1 : Further to @Schockwave 's excellent advice, just to clarify that when EE ports your no. to them from O2 using your PAC, this auto cancels your contract with O2. You do not need to do anything with O2 bar paying your final outstanding bill, if any. There could even be a rebate.
