A few days ago I ordered an upgrade (iPhone 12 64gb) and it is yet to be dispatched. would it be simple to call and change to 128gb or the 12 pro or is it too late? Thank you

You will almost certainly have to cancel your existing order under the 14day rule, and then re-order the product that you do want.
