Changed from Sim Only

Earlie today I chaged my contract from sim only to with phone however I have had texts stating my sim will be delivered tomorrow & my account now shows the increase in cost but no mention of the new phone?? 

It still shows my old phone which i bought as upgrade not available???

@Smithy2  The device shown on your account gets there via using that device on a cellular signal so until you get the new device it will always show your old device as that’s the device being used. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
