Good afternoon, I have problem with my delivery order, I’m already waiting for 10 days and I’m not received any call or message I’m don’t mind wait But I moving to another house and I need change the delivery address.
any answer will be helpful

Thanks for getting back to me,
Did you compete this with our Upgrades Team over the phone? Did they give you a timescale?
You can check the current stock levels for the iPhone 12 Pro by selecting your colour and size variant.
If you think that you will be moving house before this, I would contact our Customer Care Team to amend your delivery address.
You can track your order online using your order number and email address.
Once your order is available to dispatch, you will receive a text form DPD confirming your delivery details.

If you will be moving house before this time, you can contact our customer care team who will be able to check and update your delivery details.
