I ordered iPhone 11 and had to pay £50 upfront which I did on my credit card. I’ve received an email today saying that they haven’t been able to take payment . Is this a scam email? I can’t find anywhere on EE site where card payments will show.

Does the email have a link in it that it tells you to click? Don't go there but what was the link?

Hello @LesleyR1.
Our customer service team will be able to confirm if your order has been received OK.
If the payment has also been taken from your account I would advise reporting this email by forwarding it to phishing@ee.co.uk.
Katie 🙂
