I haven’t received confirmation that this is complete but phone shows my old LYCA number now. I can call to others but nobody can call or send text to me. What should I do?

Which day did you submit your PAC to EE, and what time of day?
I'd recommend checking with this EE help article, under "how long does it take?"
Have you restarted your phone?

I bought new sim last week with mobile number transfer. Got new sim and start using from monday 1pm

I would advise calling EE C/S on 150 and checking on the state of your number port.
They will have access to your individual account and can check everything's in order.

Tried to call 150 but automatic message say that they are busy and cut off. I got confirmation 20mins ago that transfer is completed. Restarted phone but still I can't receive any text or calls. My old sim stopped working 20min ago. And today I have gp phone gp appointment. This is worst experience I ever had

I contacted 150 and they said I have to wait up to 24 hours. So we will see. Problem is that old sim not working and new sim cant receive calls.
