Upgraded contract over the phone, Have they even got stock for the iPhone 12 Pro 128GB or has the unit been stolen, concerning that I still haven't received anything to confirm from EE regarding the phone or the upgraded contract..

I placed the order on the 22nd January and was told that they would upgrade my contract to a 24 Month contract with no upfront cost for an iPhone 12 Pro 128GB Handset.
They said it would be delivered Monday 25th, didn’t arrive. Called up apologised and said will be 26th January and will receive tracking information, still nothing. Called up again to be told out of stock and wait 14 days, this isn’t good enough and is misleading.
I would not have upgraded my contract if you didn’t have any stock. My deal was unlimited data, text and calls with no upfront cost for the 128gb iPhone 12 pro from £78 reduced to £58 per month as I have loyalty discount applied and no payment upfront cost, they didn’t specify what colour the handset would be but I don't mind on blue or silver for the handset. Complaints raised this and said all they could do was add a £20 credit to my account.
I have explained I am now in correspondence with Vodafone UK for a sim only deal unlimited data and texts and will be able to get hold of an iPhone with Apple directly and trade my old handset in, this would work out at a total of £51 per month, cheaper than EE. Its a shame really as I have been with EE for many years back before they were Orange, I would prefer to stay but if they cannot get stock or even look at securing a different size phone at no additional cost there is a chance I will be moving over to Vodafone.
