Cannot validate email address for EE Perks

Hi

 

I have recently taken out two new pay monthly contracts with yourselves and through my work I can get EE Perks which i have now registered my works email address with.

 

I have been trying to validate my email address to generate discount codes but it keeps coming up the login details supplied are invalid and I have checked a few times that the correct details have been entered. 

 

Please help.

Welcome to the community.

 

Could you try using a different device please? I've noticed with other users that using a workplace VPN could stop the verification from working. Are you connected to VPN when trying?
