Hey all, today is the day my broadband finally being upgraded after a long time of issues. The lady on the phone didn’t say to much about how the process works so I’m hoping you lot can help clear this question.

im assuming that there no pacific time it will go live but how will I know it’s actually  gone live, will I lose all internet connection for a few moments, will I get notified it gone live, will I need to restart the router etc. I’m sorry it’s a dumb question but I’m just clueless on this subject.

Which upgrade are you going for?

Which router do you have?

If you post the results from the BTW DSL checker, making sure you hide your phone number we should be able to work it out.

It will depend on what upgrade you are doing & what router you have but you don't appear to know.

It can happen any time up to midnight today.
