Hi,
I am having an issue when I attempt to login to the MyEE app on my iPhone 12. When I enter my credentials I get an error message saying “we don’t recognise this email or password” I’ve checked and I am running the most up to date version of the app as well as the most up to date version of iOS. My credentials are definitely correct as I use a password manager and I am able to log in on the website okay. Is there any potential fix for this issue that anyone is aware of?

i tried again this morning and have been able to login to the app okay.

So I changed my password (again) now I’m getting an error saying “there seems to be a problem”

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app since changing the password?
