Hi,
I placed an order this evening and found a better deal so rang and cancelled the order. The lady on the phone assured me that the order was cancelled and the money would be paid back onto my card. However, I have yet to receive a confirmation email that the order is cancelled, how long does this usually take? Also, how long does it usually take for the money to come back into my account? Don’t know if it makes a difference but I am not an existing customer.
Any help gratefully received!

@Sammy9214 it will take up to 7 days before it’s back on your card. If you’ve not had any confirmation of the cancelled order you’ll need to call customer services. Was you told you’ll get a email about the cancellation? And have you looked in your spam folder ?

No and I forgot to ask but it is something I would expect for confirmation and peace of mind. I will give them another call today, I’ve checked my junk and there is nothing. Thanks
