Hello i just had a message saying i can upgrade does that mean i can cancel my contract

What does the message say exactly? How long have you got left on your contract?

Doesnt say whats left just i can upgrade for free i only have a smart watch with EE now not a phone

Hello @Ernicjo.
Please log in to your My EE account and follow these steps:
Menu > Plan & Add-ons > Plan.
This will show your contract dates.
You place your cancellation notice 30 days before the end of your contract.

That page already says "Plan Ends 19 Oct 2021". You may now cancel with 30-days notice at any time by calling CS.
