Cancellation of my contract

Hello
I dont seem to be able to get through to customer service. My contract is expiring on the 18th of October and I do not want to renew it since I have now left the UK for good.
Can you please let me know if I have to call to cancel the contract or if the cancellation happens automatically?

@Amosh You have to give notice of termination if you don’t it will change to a 30 day rolling contract at your minimum term, Customer services will open at 8am uk time
