Hi all,
I’ve tried to search for answer to my problem or a proper user guide but haven’t found either.
i have a 4GEE WiFi mini box (the wider version) on a monthly contract which was working fine on Friday night. I turned it on again Saturday night and the network signal light is red and there is no connection. I’ve tried removing the battery and removing the sim but it makes no difference.
What does the red light actually mean? Is there no signal, has it been disconnected?

I would recommend accessing the webpage of the WiFi mini at address 192.168.1.1 where it will say.

I have a similar problem but the address given, 192.168.1.1, does not open.

To be more exact the mini does not switch on, even after a "factory reset" with a pin.
