Cancel crosss network minutes

I have a 200 minutes Cross Network add on, and nowhere can I find out how to cancel it.

That's either a very old add-on, or a rare one!!

 

You can cancel add-ons by calling EE C/S on 150 from your mobile.

Thanks it is an old one. It doesn't even show on my account as an Add on, but does show on the bills. There used to be a text message that would cancel it but I cannot find any reference to it using Help.

 

Just put the phone down after 28 minutes without Customer Services responding. Not happy.
