Hi
I have just transferred my number using pac but the new sim does not work in my phone and as soon as the pac was activated my ee account was closed so I do not have any way to contact ee to have the phone unlocked.
All help appreciated.

Oh, I forgot to say it is an iPhone 11 bought new on paym contract, the contract expired.

Welcome to the community.
You could try using our online unlocking form. This will tell you if the phone is already unlocked too.
