Hi everyone ,
I placed an order and I find out the address I changed because it was previous didn't remain . I was filming to find anywhere a cancellation options and on top of this my order remain in basket in the app only and process in web . This is a bit difficult situation to be dealt with and the only option is contact by phone on very busy lines. Please if someone know different approach let me know ,any help is valuable.

If you ordered by phone or online you always have a cooling-off period up to 14 days after delivery to cancel your order FoC. If you ordered in-store you have no such "change-of-mind" right of return.
