I want to leave EE for Virgin Media, so I need to contact EE directly to cancel my contract. The website says I should phone them, but I am having trouble getting through ("due to the high number of calls" they are unable to connect me to an advisor). So I was wondering:
Is there a way to cancel my home phone+broadband contract without phoning them?
For example, I cannot see a live chat function.
Thanks!
