I’m looking to get an additional line for a tablet but every time I try to go on to the tablet section of the shop menu while I’m logged in I get redirected to the upgrade page! Please help!

It may be that your account isn't eligible for an additional line at the moment, so the system is kicking you out of that path.
The best thing to do is have a chat with our customer care team, they'll be able to look into your eligibility and process things for you.

If you clear the cache and cookies on your browser and try again, does it do the same thing?

Hi, yes it still does the same thing. I've also tried it on different browsers and it still happens.
