Can't use data on iPhone 12

I bought my daughter an unlocked iPhone 12 from Amazon. She is unable to access her data. All locks are off. She can make and receive calls. When I put my ee sim in data works fine. Her ee sim is part of my plan so is there a reason why her data isn't working?

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Already tried that no luck

Does her SIM work in another phone?

 

Does it get a 4G signal?

What happens when your daughter tries to use mobile data?

Okay so after trying her SIM in my phone (galaxy S20+) data doesnt work so I can only assume it's a sim card issue

Appears like it - see if you can get a SIM replacement

Is it using a pay as you go or pay monthly plan?

 

Can it make calls and send texts successfully?

Yeah it can make and receive calls data is the only issue

It's a pay monthly, it's a second number on my account and mine works fine
