Can’t track my order

I upgraded my iphone on the 19 of September, I received a confirmation email from EE but when I go to track my order, it comes up with sorry can’t show your details at the moment.

You will need to speak to EE CS on 150 if tracking isn't working.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
