Hi,
I have recently ported a number to EE. The new phone will make and receive calls on the new number but not send/receive texts. I have followed instructions in other posts about turning imessage/FaceTime off and signing out etc...
Is there any way to force the phone to find the new number for messages? Can’t seem to get in touch with ee either! Thanks

If you go to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive, does the correct number show?

Hi Leanne,
No - the original phone number shows and not the ported one. It’s odd, as I can still call the phone using the ported number.

Have you tried resetting the network settings?
When did your number transfer?
