Hi, is it possible to have an eSim or convert my current physical sim into an eSim?

@Stefano97   Only providing your device supports eSim. You need to request a QR code if it does from customer services or book an appointment at your local EE store to obtain one. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

You can call us on 150, or you can order an eSIM within your My EE account.
