Hello, I recently bought two EE sim cards, hoping I would be able to switch from Three and keep my old number. I have registered my new number with EE, go the PAC from Three and ended up on this site:
https://myaccount.ee.co.uk/app/keeping-your-number
Now every time I fill in the form, it tells me "Please make sure you enter the right phone number. It must be a UK phone number and start with 07."
HOWEVER - the message appears next to the new EE number, which I don't even change - it's autopopulated from my existing EE account.
I've checked both EE and old Three numbers dozens of times and I'm absolutely sure they are correct.
What's the catch? I can't move my old number easily, what's the point in switching to EE?
Thanks,
Lukasz

Hi @lformela,
Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂
Have you made a call or sent a text to activate your new EE SIM?

I sent 'CALLME' text to my Three number, also I received few 6-digit codes to be input into various screens on EE.

Hi @lformela,
When did you send the text? It can take up to 24 hours for your account to be activated.
