Hi, everybody.
I have an EE sim card for a couple of years & use it while travelling around EU & UK.
I'm normally reside in Russia.
Get used to top my credit with Ding services, but it doesn't work now.
It also impossible to top up with my credit card (mastercard issued by russian bank), even if I'm enetering my fellow's UK address.
System says that payment is done, but nothing happens (no top up, no confirmation by email, no sms).
What I'm doing wrong?
Many thanks in advance!)

You can't top-up using a non-UK bank card.

Not from outside UK. While in UK:
- Buy a top-up voucher in a shop.
- Top-up at a top-up shop.
- Use an ATM if it offers top-ups to non-UK cards.
