I have been sent a text message via EE's 150 number informing me that if I set up direct card payments I will be able to get 10% off of each pack I buy from that moment onward. By having wondered around the forums for a while, I gathered that this isn't necessarily the case, as these direct card payments seem to only be available to PAYG customers who purchase monthly PAYG packages.
Could someone be kind enough and let me know if that is the case indeed? And if so, I do wonder why have I received this message from EE when they can well see that I have been subscribed to buying a weekly PAYG package since about 4-5 years ago, timeframe which could/should be a pretty good indicator that I am happy with the deal I am currently on. Just mentioning this as that message received from 150 about the 10% discount seems to have set me of on a wild goose chase which consumed the better part of my evening 😅🙄.
Thank you very much, have an amazing evening and will be looking forward to your reply!

No, only for 30-day packs. Since Aug. all packs are now 30-day packs. The offer only applies to those & not to legacy packs such as you have.
