Can I use my unlimited phone data to top up a Pay go 4gee router

Andylad

Hi,

I’m looking at getting the 4Gee WiFi router to use as our home broadband, question is can I use my unlimited data from my current phone contract to top the PAYG router? Would buying a used one off eBay add any complications to the cunning plan?

many thanks

No, you may not gift data to a PAYG SIM.

Yes you can if you put your SIM in the Router in order to use your Sims Data allowance and the Router is Unlocked (you may have to set the APN)

Buying anything of eBay is always at your own risk.
