Can I/should I get a eSim

Hi all, I am considering in getting a eSim for my iPhone 10 that I can use for work but I would prefer to have it on pay has you go. What do you all think is it the right idea? if so where/can I get get a pay as you go eSim?

Not on PAYG. You need a contract to convert to eSIM.

Would I be able to convert my contract sim to a eSim and use anther SIM card has the secondary sim ?
