Can I sell my Samsung Galaxy watch while still in contract?

Hi

I have a Samsung Galaxy watch with EE data plan but The watch is not up to scratch so I have gone back to a Garmin for my exercise requirements.

Am I able to sell the watch so I am not stuck with it? I have had the watch for just under a year.

I have done a factory reset etc and I understand it's a 'virtual sim' assigned to the watch rather than a physical one (not sure whether that is trashed with the factory reset?

I know I will obviously still pay until the end of my contract term (I got is along with a new Samsung phone) which is absolutely fine. I just don't want to sell it on and it be used by someone in a sim assigned to my account.

Thanks
