I pre-ordered my phone on the 25th of October to expect it to be here by the 1st- 3rd of November which was the lastest date I was told it would be out, only then to be emailed on the 2nd of November a day late already by a email which did not even explain why it was late, only the new estimated delivery dates, a week later from the original date, I'm now waiting on

Hi,
I pre-ordered the new pixel 3 on the 25th of October, got told that the phone will be released on the 1st-3rd of November, I then got a email on the 2nd of novemeber, for a new set of estimated delivery dates, which was a week later, not even a explaination as to why there has been a delay, I'm now at a lost because my bill is due on the 16th and I will have to pay for a phone that have yet to use. If I don't hear from a ee rep by the 15th then I have no other choice but to then cancel my contract as I do not see I should pay for a phone that I haven't used.

We’re updating our delivery tracker currently, so please keep an eye on this and your updated order status will be showing there soon.
You'll also receive a text message from DPD the day before and morning of your delivery.

Hi,
At half 6 this morning I was able to track my order, then at 9 when I looked again I was unable to track it, had to find a different way which has taken up my afternoon, when I was able to find out where my order was it says that it's been dispatched but I haven't got a email or anything to confirm this. Please can someone confirm this and please let me know when I can pick my phone please.
