Order Tracking not working

My new sim was ordered on Monday, I received a confirmation email and text but no other tracking details. I have tried to use the help service and the tracking system keeps failing and I have not received any updates on my order 

Changing Broadband from Sky to EE.

Hello. I’m changing my broadband from Sky to EE. I’m told I won’t lose my Sky TV services (recordings etc) but don’t understand this when the Skybox is returned. Any reassurance welcome.  

POWER HUB REPLACEMENT.

Just received my new Power Hub Replacement. Well done to EE for taking this action. However I think the bag to return the old one is a touch too big. Surely a waste of resources?Stu.

Poor signal Duxford

The signal was excellent before February 8th 2025. Now we have no signal or maximum of 1 bar since then. network coverage says excellent. I can assure you it’s not!!

I’m on pay as you go, usually everything is fine. Today I topped up 10£, followed the steps and added a pack10. it says I’ve used it all up and it hasn’t worked since I topped up. I don’t understand.
