Hello,
Actually, I have left the UK and noticed I won't be back in recent years. So, I have to leave the EE service as well now. But, currently, I have no idea how can I contact EE as my phone had no signal in my place. Can I make the process online? Or ask a friend who is in the UK to help me do the calling?

@Fuys08 : You cannot cancel a contract online. You need to phone EE giving 30 days notice of cancellation of your contract. If you are still within your min term you will be liable to pay early termination fees for the rest of the term. It will basically be months left x monthly charge - 20%.
Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. over Skype. It should be free.
