Hi there, due to corona this is becoming very hard to get anything out of ee, I’m currently emailing them and it is taking well over two days for a reply.
I did a cancellation form for my iPhone 12 Pro Max. But I’ve now decided to cancel it, how do I go about doing this? Again I’ve emailed but I’m hearing nothing

Hi there.
I was wondering if you can cancel a return?
I requested one a couple of days ago but I’ve changed my mind due to being without a phone if I do.
i have been emailing ee through email but they’re replying every other day which is becoming frustrating.
I have just received the postage bag today. Can I cancel?

If you change your mind after requesting a return, you don’t need to contact us.
If we don’t receive the equipment within 30 days of the return request then we’ll assume you’ll be keeping the goods and your contract will continue to run as normal.
