Call back

I would like to a customer service worker call u back the next day. 
twice now in the last 72 hours I have been told someone will call me back. 
guess what they have not. 
I don’t understand how hard it is. 
what am I paying for ? Certainly not value for money. 
maybe one of u will ring me back and sort the problem out.

Waiting for something to be sorted and a refund to be made. But u not as quick to sort it unless it’s us that owe u money..
some one need to ring today to sort it..
