Buy add on data for payg number

Hi,

Would anyone know how I can buy an ad on so I can use some data on a payg number?

When I log in to my account I can only see my one non-payg account but there's no option to buy an ad on  for  another number.

I do get marketing text messages regularly saying I need to buy an ad on to use data  on my phone but there doesn't seem to be a way to buy these ad-ons..or am I missing something here?

Thanks

  1. You can't add your PAYG no. to your contract MyEE a/c. They don't mix. You would need to create a separate MyEE a/c for your PAYG no.
  2. From the PAYG no. text ADD DATA to 150 & choose a data add-on.

Hi @Savvas1

Just to clarify you want to buy the add-on for your own number or a different mobile number?

Have you looked on your MyEE app under menu- packs and add-ons

Thanks

Hi,

Thanks for your reply.

So, I have a wifi router for which I'm paying on a monthly basis and this is all fine and good meaning I can see that on the MyEE page.

In addition to that, I've also bought a pay-as-you-go sim card which I can top-up through some page (not the MyEE one). This allows me to make calls and send text messages but I also want to use some data on that phone with this sim card. I believe this can only be done by buying an ad-on? This is what I'm having trouble doing..buying an ad-on for that pay-as-you-go number.

The MyEE website has no features to do that. It also has no features for registering a card to use for auto top-up purposes. Unless I'm massively missing something here that is.. 🙂

Many thanks
