My phone is not working right and keeps doing random colours all over my screen and getting worse to the point I can't see anything I have insurance through ee how do I go about using this to get a replacement phone

You can either claim online on the page I've linked, or call EE C/S on either 150 (from your mobile) or 0800 0798586 (from any other phone)
