Brodband disconected

Hi, for the last 3 days my broadband connection is disconnecting the internet, interestingly it may disconnect several times during these hours only from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm to 3:00 pm after that time it works normally

hello it's again me with the same problem as described above my home brodband after some time start to disconnect the connection, if it continues then i will end the contract with EE

You are still or again on a banded profile at the top of the up to 40 Meg band of these VDSL Banded Profiles. Has it been much faster between last time & now?

The quality line is the same as before without any noise. When will everything go back to normal? Is there anything you can do or do we still have to wait?

Last time I had the same problems like last time. The internet kept going off and I checked the line quality by home phone. It is said in the messages above.

i don't know how it was fixed, it just started working and it was fine about a month and now the problem is back again
