@ShazK73  you’re going to have to call customer services about this.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Yeah done that have to wait 72 hours for someone to call me back x

Hello, I have also had a problem with this.

I sent my phone to Brightstar last week Thursday special delivery, it was delivered and signed for on Friday. On Sunday i received a 'final reminder'  email saying that i should send my phone before the 17th. I have tried calling the number which is in the email (0208 732 3798) and sat in a queue for over 1 hour and 5 minutes yesterday.

Whilst i was waiting i trawled the web and found an email address associated with the same number - eeconsumer.uk@brightstar.com - i emailed explaining the situation yesterday and have had no response.

I am, again, sat in the brighstar phone system waiting for someone to pick up and have been sat in hold for 20 minutes now. I am working full time and cannot afford to sit here for hours on end waiting for someone to pick up.

Does anyone out there have any idea how i can get through to these people?

Hi @koregan,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

You've done the right thing in contacting Brightstar via email. They'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Thanks

James

I have the same problem. I have proof of postage and tracking by Royal Mail to confirm it was delivered and now I have a waring from EE that they wish to charge me £440 for the phone. I have tried to call Brightstar but no reply despite long calls.

I have emailed them, eeconsumer.uk@brightstar.com and hope to get a reply.

I called EE (150) and asked them to put a note on my account to say I am challenging it.

@James_B Please,,,, any more advice would be really appreciated. As a long time customer of EE I am really upset and worried about this.

Thanks

ian
