Trade in / no update

Hi

 

Recently posted my phone through special delivery on 12th jan for trade in. Till now no email or call to update has it been received or how long will it take?. Tried sending them emails no reply. Tried calling EE been told to wait for another 1 week and they will chaseup. Called bright star company no answer was on the phone for 30 min. Wondering has it happened with anyone else? Atleast they should have informed via email. Any replies?? Or advise??

They emailed me 2 days ago i have called EE customer service too. Still no
reply waiting whats happening. So frustrating.
