Due to me losing my job and my partner leaving me I can’t pay my bill till I find a job

Welcome to the community,

 

I strongly advise you to ring customer service and speak to them, as they may be able to sort out a payment plan for you. There is no account access here, so you will have to speak to them urgently if you do not want a bad credit rating etc.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

I'd recommend following @Schockwave's advice and speak to our Mobile Care team. They'll do their best to help you out.

My first bill is higher than what I signed for why? Instead of £72 it is £100.25.

Have you recently upgraded or is this a new contract?

 

I would recommend logging in to your My EE and downloading your bill which will provide you with a breakdown of your charges.
