Big home phone bill

Hello. I've been charged an extortionate amount for a call from my landline to another at the weekend when this should be free? Cost about another £15 and cant understand why as this should be free. Please help!

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

No, just a normal landline in London 🤷‍♀️
