Being charged whilst on back order.

Hi, I have ordered the watch series 6 in stainless steel about 2 weeks ago, but it is on back order and I have two questions:

  1. how long does this usually take to come?
  2. I am out of contract and have sent my previous watch to a recycler but I am still being charged a monthly cost whilst I wait for my new watch, this seems hardly fair.  Will I get my money back?

2. No, you won't get any money back. You are still in contract for your old watch as you haven't cancelled it. These contracts don't just end, just the min. term expires. They are not fixed term contracts. After the min. term they just carry on at the same price on a rolling 30-days' notice basis until you explicitly cancel or upgrade.

I have upgraded but they don’t have my watch yet.

Your new contract won't start until your new watch is delivered. So you remain on your old contract.
