Worked fine last weekend over wireless, device checker gave me an error so I connected via Ethernet and still unable to stream any 4K/UHD content and I don't know why.
All HD Streams are fine, I get Error VC019 when trying to stream 4K.
Tried restarting the router, my Android TV Device and tried via Ethernet. Checker now gives me all green ticks but as it worked last weekend I don't know why it no longer would. Also tried deleting the BT Sport app and reinstalling.
HDR Streams work fine on my mobile, hopefully someone can assist me, thanks.

Hi @Glovepup
Welcome to the community.
If you get in touch with our Tech Gurus on 150, they will get this looked into and help you with your BT Sport.
Let me know how you get on 🙂

Hi @Glovepup
Have you restarted the app a few times?
That error code is generic and doesn't really refer to anything specific on the BT Sport's app

Thanks

Yes quite a few times, even restarted the device. The error code as you say doesn't really mean anything, strange is it had been working without issues.
Again today I'm only getting HD to work.
